‘Aliyah Khanum's affidavit, 1931
‘Aliyah Khanum asks for the testimony of the people who have knowledge of her father Haji Isma‘il Aqa ‘Arab's belongings. She wants their testimony regarding Haji Isma‘il's partnership with his brother, Haji Muhammad Husayn ‘Arab, who is now in possession of Haji Isma‘il's inheritance after his death, and lists the following as her father's seven inheritors: Zahra Khanum, Taj Khanum, ‘Aliyah Khanum, Sakinah Khanum, Ahmad Aqa, ‘Ali Aqa, and Muhammad Baqir.

Petition for collecting possessions, 1914
Mashhadi Muhammad Hasan, son of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, claims that the late Sahib Sultan (his brother's wife and daughter of Haji Isma‘il from Qasr al-Dasht) had settled all her belongings with him, but Sughra Sultan (wife of Hasan ‘Ali from Qasr al-Dasht and sister of the late Aqa [illegible]) has usurped them.

Gulchihrah Khanum's claims, 1919
1- Muhammad Husayn confirms that any writing by Gulchihrah, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim from Sanandaj, transferring one sixth of a property in Quzlu, her sole source of income, to her brother, Mirza ‘Ali Khan Amin al-Mamalik, is null and void. He testifies that Gulchihrah's addiction to opium has resulted in the decline of her mental capacities, which is apparent to the people close to her, including the writer. Petition written by Haji Muhammadi, Karbalayi Muhammad Karim, Karbalayi Jalil [Khalil?], and Agha Bibi, children of the late Haji Muhammad Ja‘far Razzaz [the rice dealer], to Hujjat al-Islam Aqa-yi Haji, prayer-leader of Fars, in order to resolve the issue of their father's inheritance; now that their oldest brother, Karbalayi ‘Ali, is also deceased, their other brother, Karbalayi Majid, has falsely claimed the ownership of their father’s stable, rice selling store, and bakery.

Muzaffar Ardalan-pur's claim regarding usurpation of his property, 1928
Includes a petition by Muzaffar Ardalan-pur, son of Sharaf al-Mulk from Kurdistan (son of Sharaf al-Mulk the Governor of Kurdistan), to the Majlis and his complaint against ‘Abbas Khan Sardar Rashid and his wife, who have seized the property of the writer and his two younger brothers.
